Laser teeth whitening is an effective way to remove stains and discolouration from the teeth. The whitening system at Eastman Dental provides maximum whitening results in the least amount of time with virtually no sensitivity.
To maximise results, we recommend a cleaning prior to whitening treatment. The first step begins with a peroxide-based gel pasted onto your teeth. Once the gel is in place, the heat from the laser is used to create a chemical reaction that breaks down stains and lightens the colour of teeth. This process is safe for the tooth enamel, caps, crowns and veneers.
For the first 24 hours we recommend drinking water only, avoiding coffee, tea, cola, red wine, berries or any foods that have the propensity to stain.
